It's very simple!
After you complete your short and easy ENROLLMENT FORM, You will receive your
welcome packet within 5-7 business days. After receiving your packet you may
contact membership services to activate your individual or family's membership.
Your welcome packet will include your Membership Manual, Gold Identification
Cards, a list of some of the local physicians, dentists, and pharmacies in
your area. You will also receive several toll free numbers to Member Services
where they can locate providers of care and other services you may need. You

I have been a member for several years now and this savings program keeps

Back in the old days if you got sick you called a doctor, they treated you, you paid for the services, and that was the end of it. Things are not quite that simple these days. Now you complete a health insurance application, they assess your health risk, then you're approved or denied for coverage.
